Dating back to Classical antiquity there has been a
curse or legend that has been passed down to the present day called the curse
of “the evil eye.” It is a curse that is
cast by a hostile glare, usually given to a person unaware. It is said, if you have blue eyes you have
the ability to give the “evil eye.”
In this post I photographically explore this legend
through a series of images. I approach
this subject as a fun experiment creating my version of the “evil eye” curse. While many may take this myth seriously I
choose to use some creative license with this subject.
