SPOONS AND FORKS

I never met a spoon or a fork I didn't....want to photograph.  When I look at common utensils I see abstract patterns.   This post is an experiment in just that -using early morning light and some forks and spoons to experiment with the simplicity of form and shape photographically.  It is the simple things around me that seem to draw my attention.  As always, my attention is to simplicity of line and light.   

DESERT DREAMS

Forgotten things that seem like long ago dreams.  Because of the dryness of this desert these cast aside automobiles, mobile homes and even jet fighters seem to be preserved –slowly becoming one with the landscape.  These seemingly haunted items have been left to bleach in the desert sun.   Some may look at this as junk – but I rather look at it as headstones to a past or footprints of history and well worth documenting in photographs.
