THE MARTINI...GLASS

In my kitchen cabinet among the various glasses are two martini glasses.  I am not sure why I have martini glasses since I definitely am not a martini drinker.   However, while searching through my photographic files I have become aware that I have made use of these glasses in various still life images.  So this blog is obviously devoted to my martini glasses.

Glass Light

This post is a photographic experiment in shapes and light using a martini glass.  I find a challenge in taking one object and seeing how many ways it can be photographed using light to define the object.  Some of the images have an abstract quality about them – and based on that I went a step further on my other site http://270graphics.blogspot.com to illustrate a few of the images in graphical design.
