Pepper Sculpture

I think most photographers have a challenge interpreting what they see before them -I think you have to be prepared to experiment in order to turn the ordinary into something visually interesting.

While slicing up a green pepper I became aware of the different textures and shapes as I continued dissecting it.  It became a new object with each slice, and that is when I reached for my camera.  I was no longer observing a vegetable -but a piece of organic sculpture.  It is a spark that hits you, and those creative juices just flow.
.
Is there art in chaos?  The slicing up of this green pepper is a case in point.   There is something alien about the inside of a pepper -but yet there is a beauty and mystery in the shapes created by its amputation.
