Street photography is sort of photographic voyeurism -observing the people that inhabit the
location you find yourself in. I am not
so interested in the location, but more on who is in it –what are they doing,
contrasting images between location and individual. This kind of “street portraiture” requires
patience and the ability to frame and capture your subject quickly. I presently use a Sony Nex-7 for this
purpose. I usually set my camera at
Aperture Priority -taking a light reading with the camera to set my ISO to
accommodate an F-stop of 8 or 11 before shooting, and then proceed on the
adventure.
